What
is Heaven?
Some people believe
that Heaven is similar in both nature and structure, to Olympus
(home of the Greek Gods).
Most of us want to
go to Heaven when we die. In fact, Heaven is the place
to be! And why not? According to scripture, Heaven is a
most magnificent place with angels singing on high, and nothing
but peace, happiness and joy for all eternity.
So what does
Heaven look like?
Research shows that
a large number of people believe that Heaven is made up of cloud
and mist - including the occupants (although they are dense enough
for us to recognize). Even the stairs that lead up to Heaven seem
to be made of the same substance. The whole place radiates a most
brilliant, brilliant white bathed in a gold Light that shines so
bright.
Others believe that
Heaven is whatever we want it to be - a Heaven on earth where all
animals and humans are 'free' and where there is an abundance of
flowers and fruit and nuts; or a place of joy - a place where we
meet up with our cherished 'loved ones'.
Still others believe
that there is nothing in Heaven but the brilliant, brilliant white
Light and after much practice and meditation, our Souls - our little
spark of energy - joins or merges with this bright Light upon our
death.
What's Heaven
really?
Heaven can be all the
above because it is the Source of all creation; the miniscule pinhead
before the 'big bang'; the climax to a frenzied seed-producing orgasm.
Heaven is the complete euphoria of all 'feelings',
of all 'emotions'.
That being so, how
many of us have a mind that is 'accepting' and 'still' enough to
be able to sit alongside God in this euphoric Heaven forever? What
does that even mean?
It means that in order
for us to reach and stay in Heaven, our mind must be 'still' and
glowing, loving and accepting - but how do we do that when our mind
is always thinking, always striving, seldom consciously resting?
How indeed!
If you really want
to go to Heaven and stay there in all its euphoric glory, then start
practicing today!
Peace and Light
